Whatcom Transportation Authority Interior Remodel of MOAB Phase 2 Project involved Interior Remodel of Whatcom Transportation Authority’s Maintenance Operations and Administration building consisting of demolition of existing interior walls, construction of new interior partitions and installation of new finishes to match the existing wood paneling and trim.
