Brian Foote
President & Founder of Regency NW Construction Inc.
Estimating, Project Management, Design Work, and Scheduling
Over 30 years’ experience in the construction field, utilizing his degree in Construction Management and founding his own company in 1996. Brian has won numerous awards for his attention to detail and performance on projects, including the 2013 Champion of Inclusion by the Port of Seattle. As Regency NW continues to grow, Brian Foote strives to build a solid reputation in the Pacific Northwest.
Arthur Alper
Project Manager
Project Management and Scheduling
Over 15 years in the construction industry, mostly in the HVAC industry, he was a Commercial Journey Level Sheet Metal Worker. In 2011, he left the field for Project Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Certificate in Construction Management. Both earned from the University of Washington. Arthur is a Seattle native.
Kim Bennett
Assistant Project Manager
Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eastern Oregon University with 15 years experience in business management field. A PNW native, she joined the Regency Team in 2021 as a Jr. Project Manager.

Office Manager/Project Engineer

Over 30 years’ experience in construction throughout the Pacific NW, both in the field and administration.
