Regency NW New Project Manager – Announcing the promotion of Arthur Alper. A Seattle native, Arthur has worked for RNW 5 years strong. For over 15 years he has worked in the construction industry, mostly in the HVAC industry where he was a commercial journeyman level sheet metal worker. In 2011 Arthur left the field for Project Management. Before joining Regency NW in 2014, he was a PM for an organic nursery and for a small residential investor. Arthur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business as well as a Certificate in Construction Management, both earned from the University of Washington.
